CurveLink Community Alerts is one SMS notification program operated by Marcus Piper Solutions LLC. The program sends property and community notices, maintenance updates, safety notices, resident announcements, and issue-report confirmations to users who opt in through the public CurveLink website.

Important: This does not replace 911. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Use of the Service

Residents must opt in voluntarily to receive messages, either via the web form or by texting START to the community's designated number.
Messages may include property and community notices, maintenance updates, safety notices, resident announcements, and issue-report confirmations.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out

By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from CurveLink at the mobile number provided. Messages may include property and community notices, maintenance updates, safety notices, resident announcements, and issue-report confirmations. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. This does not replace 911. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

To Unsubscribe: Text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

4. No Guarantees / Limitation of Liability

This service does not guarantee the delivery or timing of any messages.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Neither CurveLink nor its operators shall be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use this service.
