CurveLink

1. Overview

CurveLink is an SMS notification service that sends safety alerts, maintenance updates, and community notices on behalf of apartment communities and property managers.

Important: This service is not an emergency service. In case of an emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

2. Use of the Service

Residents must opt in voluntarily to receive messages, either via the web form or by texting START to the community's designated number.
Messages may include safety notices, maintenance updates, community announcements, and other relevant alerts.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out

To Subscribe: Fill out the web opt-in form or text START to your community's number.
To Unsubscribe: Text STOP at any time to opt out of all messages.
For Help: Text HELP to receive basic assistance and contact information.

4. No Guarantees / Limitation of Liability

This service does not guarantee the delivery or timing of any messages.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Neither CurveLink nor its operators shall be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use this service.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
